I can make a new banner and background for the forum if you want! Just tell me what the theme should be like.

i would like that, i want like a 2 puffles with a words in the middle saying Puffle world. I also would like a new theme and a new backround, just make one and ill make you a admin and you can put it on, cause i cant do that(i think thats why iceburg penguins doesnt work)
